The delivery time is from 1 to 4 working days. Delivery by the courier company Speedy, Econt or CVC is carried out from Monday to Friday (from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.) and Saturday until 1.00 p.m. Delivery is not carried out on Sundays and public holidays.
In case the user notices a damaged product during delivery, a form (provided by the courier) is filled out. The damaged product is replaced and delivered within 1-4 days at no cost to the customer. In the case of a wrong or missing product, it is sent after a prior arrangement, and the delivery is at our expense. The delivery price depends on the weight or number of products.
For orders over BGN 100 shipping is free.
