The online store is operated by "BIO TRADE 01" Ltd, with its headquarters in the city of Yambol, 4 Yordan Yovkov Street.

USER - means a user within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act. ORDER – the user's individual request to purchase goods on www.biond.eu, request for purchases by phone, or requests sent by e-mail. ONLINE STORE - means the virtual store located on www.biond.eu, providing the opportunity to purchase goods over the Internet. SERVICES - all actions carried out by "BIO TRADE 01" EOOD regarding the offer, sale and delivery of goods from www.biond.eu. TERMS & CONDITIONS means these terms and conditions. 

When shopping on the sitewww.biond.eu users can register and create their own user profile. Registration includes information about your name and surname, delivery address, contact phone number, and e-mail. By registering, you facilitate possible shopping on the site, since you do not have to re-enter your data. It is possible to shop without mandatory registration, which also requires your name and surname, delivery address, contact phone number, and e-mail. Other ways to shop are requests by phone or e-mail.

The price of each product is listed on the product page of each product. The price is in Bulgarian leva and includes VAT.  The price of a product does not include the cost of delivery. Shipping prices are listed separately.

Registered and non-registered users can place orders. By placing an order, users agree to these general terms and conditions. If you would like us to issue you an invoice, please call us or use the contact form on the website.

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail or a phone call with information about the product you ordered. Orders placed after 4 pm on weekdays are processed the next business day. All Saturday and Sunday requests are processed on Monday. In case of impossibility to fulfil the order due to temporary unavailability of a given product,  as well as in case of shipment delay, you will be timely informed and necessarily by telephone or e-mail. You have the right to cancel the order at any stage of the order creation and confirmation. In case there is any change regarding the content, value, conditions and terms of delivery of an order placed, you will be informed by telephone call or e-mail and the order will not be sent if we do not receive your personal consent as amended. 

The delivery time is from 1 to 4 working days. Deliveries by the courier company CVC, Speedy or Econt are carried out from Monday to Friday (from 9.00 to 17.30) and Saturday to 13.00.
*Delivery is not carried out on Sundays and public holidays. 
*Delivery is carried out through the CVC, Speedy or Econt courier company with a Cash on Delivery option for the whole country to a CVC hub, Speedy office or Econt office or to the address desired by the user. The delivery price depends on the amount of the order, the kilograms or the number of products. For orders up to BGN 100, transport costs are added to the final amount.

1. Personal data recorded during customer registration are considered strictly confidential and will never be provided to third parties. The information will be used solely and exclusively to fulfil your order.

2. Your address may be used to send news or promotional offers. If you do not wish to receive newsletters or other informational e-mails from us, you can always unsubscribe, and we MUST comply with your wish.

3. Users subscribed to our newsletter can unsubscribe at any time. The user account of a particular user can be deleted from the database of www.biond.eu, together with the data attached to it at any time if desired by the user. 

4. The user agrees to the terms of use of the services of www.biond.eu. By pressing (clicking) on any object, link or button on www.biond.eu, as well as with the link to these "General Terms and Conditions", it is considered that the user is familiar with them, accepts them and undertakes to comply with them.
