Flaxseed oil is particularly rich in alpha-linolenic acid, an important Omega-3 fatty acid that supports cardiovascular health, memory and the immune system. It also helps lower "bad" cholesterol and regulate blood pressure. It is produced entirely by the cold-pressing method (up to 50ºC), which preserves all valuable substances and naturally active fatty acids.
 
Нow to use: It combines well with dairy products, yogurt, cheese or as an addition to a morning smoothie. It can also be added to salads and sauces.
